  1. Click Advanced Search on the top menu.
  2. Once you have reached the Advanced Search Engine, see the Exhibitor Name box, select the Exhibitor Name and click the “Search” button.
  3. If you want to narrow your search, enter additional information before clicking on the “Search” button.

2. How do I Search for a Watch or Pocket Watch by Inventory Number?

  1. Click Advanced Search on the top menu.
  2. Once you have reached the Advanced Search Engine, see the Inventory Number box, enter the Inventory Number and click the “Search” button.
  3. In rare cases, when two exhibitors use the same inventory number for their items, you may receive more than one item for the same inventory number. In this case, please select Exhibitor Name to narrow your search.

1. How do I get to the Escrow Services Page?

  1. Click Exhibitors on the top menu.
  2. Click Escrow Services on the left menu.

    On this page you can view all the information regarding the Escrow Services provided by Escrow.com. You can also click on the Escrow.com banner and go to their website to view additional information and register with them.

2. How do the Escrow Services work?

There are 5 steps as to how the Escrow Services work:

  1. Agreement - Both the buyer and seller agree on all aspects and terms of the transaction
  2. Buyer Pays Escrow.com - Once the buyer submits a payment Escrow.com verifies it and keeps it in a non-interest trust account.
  3. Shipment - After Escrow.com confirms payment the seller ships the merchandise to the buyer.
  4. Accepting the Shipment - The buyer receives the shipment and has a specific amount of time to inspect the merchandise and the opportunity to accept or return it.
  5. Escrow.com Pays Seller - Escrow.com pays the seller minus the escrow fee and shipping costs, after the 4 steps above have been completed.

EXHIBITORS

1. How do I Find an Exhibitor’s Gallery?

  1. Click Exhibitor’s on the top menu.
  2. See the View Gallery screen. Click on the letter that represents the name of the Exhibitor you are looking for.
  3. Clicking on the Exhibitor Name tab will bring you to the Exhibitor's Gallery. If the link for the Exhibitor you chose isn’t working, it means that the gallery is empty.

2. How do I Find an Exhibitor’s Profile?

  1. Click Exhibitor’s on the top menu.
  2. Click View Profile on the left menu.
  3. See the View Profile screen. Click on the letter that represents the name of the Exhibitor you are looking for.
  4. Clicking on the Exhibitor Name tab will bring you to the Exhibitor’s Profile.

    If the link for the Exhibitor you chose isn’t working, it means the Exhibitor has not filled out his Profile Form yet.

 

EXHIBITOR’S PROFILE

1. What is an Exhibitor’s Profile?

The Exhibitor’s Profile is the window to an Exhibitor’s history and products. This profile includes detailed information about the exhibitor, product descriptions, trade specialties, recent arrivals, contact information, etc.

2. How do I Create my Exhibitor’s Profile? – General Information

When creating your Exhibitor’s Profile, you should include anything you think is important about you and/or your company, as well as your product. The Profile will serve as the window to your company. In the Profile, you can describe your specialty and history. When filling out the form, simply fill in all the information you feel to be relevant. Just tell your story – all information is optional.

If you decide to receive watch repair work from clients, please mark “yes” next to the “Watch Repair Work” box. If you mark “no ” this line will not appear in the profile.

Please specify if you will be participating in any of the future trade shows. This may be something that customers would like to know.

You have the option to upload one of the following images at the top of the page: A watch or clock, an exhibitor’s photo or a store photo.

You also have the option to post up to 3 images of your watches in the “Recent Arrivals” section.

3. How do I Edit my Profile?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click My Accounts on the top menu.
  3. Click Profile on the left menu.
  4. From this screen, you can edit all aspects of the Exhibitor’s Profile. Once you have finished editing the section that needs revision, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.

4. How do I Add a Photo to my Profile?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click My Accounts on the top menu.
  3. Click Profile on the left menu.

There are two places where you can add photos to your profile. At the top of the Profile, you can add a photo of a watch or clock, an exhibitor’s photo, or a store photo. In the middle of the form, you may upload three of your recent arrivals. You will need to have the desired photos stored on your computer in a JPEG format, Resolution: 72 DPI, and Image Size: 150 X 210 Pixels (150 = width and 210 = length).

To Upload Photos follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Browse” button next to the photo you wish to upload. You will see a window, which prompts you to choose a file.
  2. Choose the correct file stored in your computer and double-click on it.
  3. Repeat these steps with all the other photos. Once you have finished, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.

5. How do I Change my Contact Information?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click My Accounts on the top menu.
  3. Click Profile on the left menu.
  4. Your contact information can be changed at the top and the bottom of the Profile.
  5. When you finish editing the section that needs revision, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.

6. How do I Link my Exhibitor Profile with My Website?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click My Accounts on the top menu.
  3. Click Profile on the left menu.
  4. See the Website Link Field at the top of the form and fill in your Website Address.
  5. Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.

7. How do I Hide or Show My Profile?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click My Accounts on the top menu.
  3. Click Profile on the left menu.
  4. See the Profile Status at the bottom of the page. You can select Show or Hide to show or hide your profile from visitors.
  5. Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.

 

FAVORITES

1. What is a “Favorite”?

A favorite is an item that you or your customers take an interest in. It is an item you would like to save in your “Favorites” folder until you finish working with it.
This way you do not have to do a search every time you login to the site and it is always immediately accessible to you.
You will need to sign in first for the “Favorites” folder to be made available to you.

2. How can I View My Favorites?

Once you sign in to your account, the My Favorites menu will be visible on the top menu. Click on the menu to view all your favorites.

3. How do I Manage My Favorites?

Once you receive your search results, you will have the option to click on the “Add to Favorites” link, located on the Product Details Page, which will save your search within My Favorites.
Once saved, the search will be located within My Favorites, where it can be viewed or deleted at any time.

 

PASSWORD AND USER NAME

1. How do I Change my Password?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click My Account on the top menu.
  3. Select Registration Form on the left menu.
    The Registration Form, which includes all your information, will come up. At the top section of the form, you can change your Password.
  4. At the top of the Registration Form, click the “Click Here to Change your Password” link.
  5. The Update Password box will pop up. Enter the new password in the first field and reenter your new password to confirm it in the second field. Click on the “Update Password” button.
  6. Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.

2. What do I do if I forgot my Password?

If you forgot your password, please click on the “Forgot your password?” button in the Sign In section. Fill in your e-mail address and your Password will be e-mailed to you.

3. What do I do if I forgot my User Name?

If you forgot your User Name, click on the “Forgot your User Name?” button in the Sign In section. Fill in your e-mail address and your User Name will be e-mailed to you.

 

PHOTOS

1. What are the photo requirements?

Quality images are the first step when introducing your watches to potential customers. Therefore, we require quality images to ensure effective presentation of your gallery. Low-quality images will not be accepted.

All images must appear against a white background and uploaded in three sizes of optimized JPEG files:

  • Large  - 600-pixel width
  • Medium - 350-pixel width
  • Small  - 125-pixel width

Images should be cropped into a square shape.

File height should not exceed 125% of the file width. (The height of the 600-pixel file should be no more than 750 pixels.)

All files must be optimized for the web at 72 DPI and may not exceed:

  • 60kb for the 600-pixel file
  • 25kb for the 350-pixel file
  • 10kb for the 125-pixel file

 

REGISTRATION

1. How do I Register as an Exhibitor?

  1. Click Sign In on the top menu.
  2. Click the Exhibitor Registration button. This will bring you to the Exhibitor’s Registration Form.
  3. Fill out the Exhibitor Registration Form. Please read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  4. Submit the Exhibitor Registration Form. You will be prompted to the Payment Option Page. (If you already have an account as a Member (Non-Exhibitor) and you are now filling out the Exhibitor Registration Form as an Exhibitor, please enter a different user name and password from those used for your Member (Non-Exhibitor) account. Once you become an Exhibitor, your Member (Non-Exhibitor) account will automatically be closed.)
  5. Select a Gallery Payment Option and click the “Process Option” button.
  6. Mail your check made payable to The Net2 Group Inc.

    (Payment will be refunded to you in full if you are not accepted to our network).

Once you have been accepted as an Exhibitor, your membership will be activated and you will be notified by e-mail.

2. How do I Register as a Member?

  1. Click Sign In on the top menu.
  2. Click the Member Registration button. This will bring you to the Member Registration Form.
  3. Fill out the Member Registration Form. Please read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  4. Submit the Member Registration Form.

Once you have been accepted as a Member, your membership will be activated and you will be notified by e-mail.

3. How do I Edit My Account Information?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click My Account on the top menu.
  3. Select Registration Form on the left menu.
  4. You will be prompted to the Registration Form, where you can edit all your account information.
  5. Once you have edited your account information, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.

4. How do I Renew my Exhibitor Membership?

Before your Exhibitor Membership expires, you will receive an invoice for renewal.

5. How do I Change my Contact Information?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click My Account on the top menu.

1. What are the Professional Search Services?

Net2Watches offers professional Search Services to members of the trade, collectors and consumers. As buyers request merchandise from Net2Watches, it locates desired items - connecting buyers and sellers.

If you are signed in, please follow the steps below to get to the Professional Search Page:

  1. Click Request Board on the top menu.
  2. Click Professional Search on the left menu.

2. What is the Request Board?

The Request Board is a place where members can post requests for watches, pocket watches, clocks and accessories.
Members can view the request board and reply to other members about their requests.
Requests will automatically be deleted after 45 days.

3. How do I Post a Request for a Watch. Pocket Watch, Clock or Accessories?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Request Board on the top menu.
  3. Click Post Request on the left menu.
  4. Select a category (i.e. Wristwatches-Men’s).
  5. Fill in the title for your request.
  6. Describe your request.
  7. Submit your request.

4. How do I View a Request for a Watch, Pocket Watch, Clock or Accessories?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Request Board on the top menu.
  3. Select a category (i.e. Wristwatches-Men’s).
    Hold the CTRL key to select multiple categories.
  4. Select the number of requests you wish to view. You can choose all requests, the last 25 posts, the last two days, the last 4 days or the last 7 days.
  5. Click the View Request button.

5. How do I Edit a Request for a Watch, Pocket Watch, Clock or Accessories?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Request Board on the top menu.
  3. Click Edit Requests on the left menu.
  4. Click the “Edit” icon for the request you wish to edit (the edit icon looks like a notepad with blue lines and a pencil).
  5. Edit the title, the description or both.
  6. To save your editing changes, press the “Save” icon (the save icon looks like a floppy disk).
  7. If you wish to delete a request, press the red; red "X" button.

6. How do I Delete a Request for a Watch, Pocket Watch, Clock or Accessories?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Request Board on the top menu.
  3. Click Edit Requests on the left menu.
  4. If you wish to delete a request, press the red "X" button.

 

SEARCH

1. How do I Search for an item by Keyword?

The system is equipped with powerful full-text search capabilities. Enter any Keyword or full text and the system will search the network for a suitable match.

The Search by Keyword box appears on the left side of the menu throughout the site. Just enter keywords, a sentence, or text to search for an item. For example, you can enter Rolex, click on the “Go” button and receive the search results for Rolex .

You can also enter Rolex, 18K Gold, click on the “Go” button and receive the search results for Rolex and 18K Gold.

2. How do I Search for an item through an Exhibitor’s Gallery?

  1. Click Exhibitors on the top menu.
  2. See the View Gallery screen. Using the alphabetical chart, click on the letter that represents the Exhibitor or Company of your choice.
  3. You will receive listings for all exhibitors under that letter. Click on the Exhibitor Name tab.
  4. The complete gallery for that exhibitor will appear. By clicking on an item, you will get the complete Product Details Page for that item.

3. How do I Search for an item by Category and Sub-Category?

On the left menu of the screen, a list of categories appears, such as: Wristwatches-Men’s, Wristwatches-Ladies’, Pocket Watches, Art & Sculpture Clocks, and Accessories. When you click on any of these categories, a sub-category menu opens. By selecting one of these sub-categories, you will get search results for both the category and sub-category, such as: Wristwatches-Men’s – 1936 to 1980, Pocket Watches – pre 1935, etc.

4. How do I Search for an item by Advanced Search?

The Advanced Search Engine is very powerful. The more criteria you enter, the narrower your search will be. Everything is optional. Click Advanced Search on the top menu, and then search according to the following criteria:

  • Category + Sub-Category (Once you have selected a Category, you must select a Sub-Category.)
  • Manufacturer Name
  • Model Name
  • Model/Reference Number
  • Serial Number
  • Manufacturer Origin
  • Period/Circa
  • Exhibitor Name
  • Inventory Number
  • Total Price $ U.S.
  • Exhibitor Location – U.S. State
  • Exhibitor Location - Country
  • Case Metal
  • Case Diameter/Size
  • Movement Manufacturer Name
  • Movement Calibre Number
  • Movement Type
  • Bracelet Metal
  • Decorative Process
  • Condition

Once you have finished entering your criteria, press the “Search” button.

5. How do I Sort my Search Results?

Once you have received your search results, you can sort the results in various ways. At the right side of every search result, there is a Sort By drop down menu, which also appears at the bottom of each search result page.

Click on the arrow of the Sort By drop down menu to extend it and select one of the Sort By options. The search result order will change as indicated by the Sort By menu.

The options of the Sort By menu are as follows:

  • Create Date(newest first)
  • Create Date (oldest first)
  • Manufacturer Name (A – Z)
  • Manufacturer Name (Z – A)
  • Price (lowest first)
  • Price (highest first)
  • Exhibitor Name (A – Z)
  • Exhibitor Name (Z – A)
  • Period/Circa (newest first)
  • Period/Circa (oldest first)

 

SIGN IN

1. What do I do if I can't Sign In?

There may be several reasons why you can't Sign In.

  1. Your account wasn't activated for various reasons. Please contact Administration.
  2. Your User Name or Password has been incorrectly entered. Please reenter them.
  3. If you forgot your Password, click on the “Forgot your password?” button in the Sign In section. Fill in your e-mail address and your Password will be e-mailed to you.
  4. If you forgot your User Name, click on the “Forgot your User Name?” button in the Sign In section. Fill in your e-mail address and your User Name will be e-mailed to you.
